Click the Start Your Reservation button located throughout this website.

Select your dates and products. As you are placing an order, you’ll see availability of the products as well as the total of your order before you make a payment. Remember that there is a $60 order minimum.

When you’re ready to check out, complete the order form with all of the required information.

If you don’t have all the information at the time of order, just type N/A.

You’ll receive a confirmation email; please read all the information.

AND add our email address to your contact list so that our confirmation email does not end up in your spam box.

If you rent a car seat from us, we will meet you curbside at the airport in Maui, outside baggage claim when you arrive.

When you depart, we will meet you again in front of departures at your airline.
If you want the car seat somewhere else , just let us know.

(If you rent a car seat and your return flight leaves Maui before 8 a.m., please call to confirm that this is possible.)

If you have additional items rented, they will be delivered to your place of stay.

(Deliveries are between 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Pickups at the end of the rental period must be scheduled before 1pm or an additional day will be added as a late fee. )

Please notify the property manager/owner that you have ordered equipment from us, and make sure you have provided us the correct address, unit number (if you know it), door code, manager phone number, email, etc.

This information is important because we make our deliveries and pick ups on our schedule and it’s impossible to meet all our customers when they check in/out.

If a property owner/manager informs you that we are not going to be able to access the property , please communicate this with us ASAP.

In most hotels , we are able to leave everything at the bell desk with your name on it.

Our goal is to have all your rented items in place before you arrive.
