Why rent baby equipment when I can bring my own to Maui?
Renting equipment from Nokaoi Baby Rentals during your next visit to Maui saves you time and money by limiting carry-on baggage. We do all the heavy lifting and set up the equipment, so that when you arrive to your vacation home or hotel, everything is in place and ready to be used.
What if I need to rent something not listed on your website?
Please call us, we’re more than happy to accommodate your requests. We are committed to cater to all your baby needs. Our primary goal is to provide you with the same comfort that you experience at home and to make sure that you and your family have a great time while visiting Maui.
How do I arrange for the car seat to be delivered to the airport so that it’s there between the time I land, and before I get my rental car?
If you rent a car seat from us, be sure we have your flight number, so we check the status of your flight. We will meet you at the airport, curbside outside baggage claim, when you arrive. Just call us as soon as you land to coordinate delivery 808-446-6729. If you have additional items rented, they will be delivered to your place of stay.
How do I have my equipment delivered to my accommodations?
Please notify the property manager/owner that you have ordered equipment from us Please make sure we have been provided the correct address, unit number (if you know it), door code, manager phone number etc. This information is important because we make our deliveries on our schedule and it’s impossible to meet all our customers when they check in. Our goal is to have all your rented items in place before you arrive.
How do I know that your products are safe?
We guarantee that all our equipment is safe and follows proper regulations, we check regularly for all manufacturers recalls at the consumer’s product safety commission website. We clean and sanitize all of our equipment thoroughly before and after every rental. We also quality check and safety check all equipment before we sent it to you, and completely renew our inventory two times per year.
How do I place an order?
Ordering is easy: reserve your baby equipment rentals online before leaving home. Your order will be waiting for you at your destination, assembled and ready to be used.
How late can I schedule the pickup time at the end of the rental period?
Pickups at the end of the rental period must be scheduled before 1pm or an additional day will be added as a late fee.
